Astraea Marketing privacy notice

1. Who this notice covers

App Branch, LLC operates Astraea Marketing, an internal workspace for preparing marketing content. This notice describes that workspace. It stands on its own. The Astraea consumer health app is a separate service with its own notice.

2. Information the workspace uses

• The administrator’s email address, and the fact that they signed in through Cloudflare Access. The email is kept with the actions they take, as an action history.
• Content prepared in the workspace, including drafts, text, source links, and uploaded media. That material can itself include personal information.
• Account labels, such as a platform, handle, language, country, and time zone.
• Schedules, and metrics or publication notes that someone enters.
• Access tokens, if someone supplies them. Tokens that are stored are encrypted. Storing a token is not a live connection that publishes posts.

Health records do not belong in this workspace. Do not upload them, or other personal information the workspace does not need.

3. Why it is used

The workspace uses this information to sign in the administrator, prepare and approve content, keep schedules and entered results, and operate and protect the workspace.

4. Who else processes it

Cloudflare hosts the workspace, including the application, its database, private media storage, queues, and Access.

The workspace does not currently send content to TikTok, Instagram, or other social platforms on its own. Exporting content, and posting that export somewhere else, is a separate step a person takes.

If the workspace later sends content to a social platform, this notice has to be updated first.

5. Safeguards

Use of the workspace is limited to the authorized administrator through Cloudflare Access. Tokens stored for an account are encrypted. These safeguards do not remove every risk.

6. How long it is kept, and requests

The workspace does not delete records on an automatic schedule. This notice does not state a retention period.

Email the contact above to ask for access, correction, or deletion. Requests are handled under applicable law. Some records can be removed. There is no self-service control that deletes every record.

7. Updates

This notice will be updated if the workspace starts processing information differently, including before it sends content to a social platform.
